GTA San Andreas was my favorite! I still remember spending hours playing that game. I was 17 at the time and I still remember how fall had arrived and the evenings were much darker.

Take me back to October 26, 2004

Let's go back to the 2000s.

It is Tuesday, October 26, 2004. Babies who are born today will have the star sign Scorpio. The summer is long gone. Temperatures have become much cooler, and the evenings are beginning to get darker.

There is a fresh, earthy scent in the air, and fallen leaves have carpeted driveways, lawns, pathways, and sidewalks. Halloween 2004 is just days away. People are watching horror movies and thinking about which costume they are going to wear. Others are organizing parties. In America, the song "My Boo" by Usher & Alicia Keys is at the top of the singles charts, while "Call On Me" by Eric Prydz is the number-one song in the UK.

George W. Bush Jnr. is the President of the United States, and the movie Shark Tale is at the top of the box office. Tony Blair is the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom. In technology news, more and more people are beginning to gain access to the Internet. Internet speeds are increasing and MP3 sharing is beginning to threaten the existence of music stores.

People are using a software program called LimeWire to share music, software, and videos. Unfortunately, it is also a haven for computer viruses. Smartphones don't exist yet. There are no Androids or iPhones. Cameras on phones are quickly becoming the norm. However, the photographs that they take are still lacking in quality.

Internet users are using MSN Messenger and AIM to chat with each other online. It's 2004, so the music charts are being dominated by the likes of Usher, Alicia Keys, Maroon 5, OutKast, Mario Winans, the Terror Squad and Ciara. If you were to travel back to this day, notable figures such as ODB, Dimebag Darrell, Lamont Bentley, and Johnnie Cochran would all still be alive.

On TV, people are watching popular shows such as "Stargate SG-1", "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation", "Two and a Half Men", and "Joey". Meanwhile, gamers are playing titles such as "Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne", "Rome: Total War", "Spider-Man 2", and "Counter-Strike: Source". Kids and teenagers are watching TV shows such as "Static Shock", "My Wife and Kids", "My Life as a Teenage Robot", and "Veronica Mars".

Popular toys at the moment include Micropets, Ello Creation System, Cosmolight Alien Eggs, and V. Smile TV Learning System.
