Damn, I remember this as well. It was a race between Kutcher and CNN to reach 1 million followers. Crazy if you think about it, because Barack Obama currently has 130 million followers. Twitter wasn't as big back then, as social media was still in its beginnings and people were only starting to use smartphones.
