Richie

It's sad that Wenger held onto the role so long when his team were clearly unable to compete against the likes of City, United and Chelsea. He probably should have resigned a couple of years earlier, with his reputation still intact. Arsenal went from being "the Invincibles" to being a team full of attacking midfielders who bottled it in big games. Their performances in recent years haven't been great, but they still needed to move on and start afresh. Sadly, the game passes everyone by at some stage. Just look at Mourinho.
