When did the film Zootopia come out?

The computer-animated comedy film "Zootopia" came out more than 7 years ago.

Although it premiered in Belgium on February 13, 2016, it wasn't released in theaters worldwide until March 4, 2016.

It was at that point that it began showing in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.

The movie proved to be a huge box office hit, grossing more than $1 billion USD. In comparison, it had cost Disney $150 million to produce it.

The DVD and Blu-Ray release occurred a few months later, on June 7th, 2016.

That year, "Zootopia" grossed more in revenue than popular films such as "The Jungle Book", "Suicide Squad" and "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice".
