I kind of knew Doug premiered on this day from some website years and years ago and even to this day my parents will always repeat Mr. Dink's catchphrase "Very expensive." while they are shopping around.

Ren and Stimpy was that one show that some parents did not want their kids to be watching but I think we did anyway by sneaking around to watch it at friend's houses which I did on occasion.
